You have to pass with 70%
you actually don't have to pass all 3 sections anymore, just an overall score of 70%

I took mine in November and it was still 70% or better for all three. If any lower in any section It would be a "failed".

Pass is a 70%
I will be taking the test in June, you used to have to pass all 3 parts, but now you have to pass with a 70% overall grade. That means you will have to pass approximately 105 questions out of the 150. The AAPC website will tell you the exact breakdown of the parts of the exam, I just read it several days ago.
