Can anyone give me advice on preparing for the CPC-H exam?
 
I would definitely suggest purchasing the CPC-H study guide and the practice exam that AAPC offers on their website. I just sat for my CPC-H in October of 2012, self studied with the materials I listed and passed with an 86% on my exam. AAPC materials are great for their exams because they actually use some of the questions from the practice tests in the actual exams.
