Just wondering if anyone can help me out. We have a new T code to use starting July 1,
and it is 0262T for a Melody transcatheter pulmonary valve.
The question I have is do we add a modifier 26 to the code if we are the dr performing the service?
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated,
