O i am studying for my cpc credential with the 2019 books and want to know if I can use these for an exam early in 2020, Jan or Feb. First available exam. I am in the state of US. I have really prepared these books well for the exam.

You can use them, but I encourage you use the current coding books because aapc updates the exams according to the new code settings. I had 2018 CPT for the exam I took in 2019 and for some questions I wasn't able to find the codes. However, for ICD 10, you can find the 2020 update on CMS website.
