Wiki CPMA exam experiences?

I am a CPC scheduled to take the CPMA exam in a couple of months. I have the study guide offered by the AAPC, and I have purchased the practice exam.

I am scared to take even the practice exam! Any advice, tips, or positive thoughts are appreciated. I am certainly going to post my reaction to the exam after my experience.
