Wiki CPO Billing for hospitalist

I currently bill for a group of hospitalist and they are reviewing and signing off on the CMS 485 forms and am I suppose to be billing the G0181 and what place of service since they do not see patients in an office setting. They have an office at the hospital so should I use place of service 11.

an office in the facility setting is normally a 22. as far as billing the G0181 depends on the documentation.
