I am so new to coding especially anesthesia. CPT 13500 and ASA code is 00320. How should I bill?

Do you mean 31500?

31500 is used when an anesthesia provider performs an emergency intubation (placement of a breathing tube) outside of the Operating Room. For example, during a cardiac arrest in ICU or to secure an airway in a head injured patient in the Emergency Room.

00320 is an anesthesia code. This code is used when a provider administers anesthesia for a surgical procedure on the esophagus, thyroid, larynx, etc. (remaining descriptor of the code).
For example, an anesthesiologist gives general anesthesia for a partial thyroidectomy. In this case, the intubation (placement of the breathing tube) is considered part of the anesthetic.
