Hello- I am reviewing Appendix B (Summary of Additions, Deletions, and Revisions) from the AMA CPT 2008. Many codes are marked as revised but do not reflect any changes to the description text. My theory is that these codes appear as "revised" because they will no longer be considered "Mod -51 exempt," based on the absence of the corresponding icon. This may be way off... but I can't think of any other answer.

Any input would be appreciated.
