I need guidance on this case. The provider is billing 20610/73525. Is this correct? Should this hip injection be coded as 27093?
I understand that the 27093/73525 are usually together, but this injection does appear to be a 20610. UHC Medicare is denying stating that only the 27093 should be billed with the 73525.
