The anesthesia mentioned is "general" correct? If my physician does Closed tx in the office using digital block, then do I use 26770?

Yes, if the IP joint was reduced (with manipulation) without anesthesia it's 26770. It's for a minor dislocation.

26775 doesn't say "general" it just says "requiring anesthesia". It doesn't specify the type. It most likely would be conscious sedation and not general. It would be really odd to do this under general. It "could happen" but if it was a stand alone procedure it would be unlikely. Maybe if the patient had a lot of other injuries like in a multi-trauma and they were under anyway. Because at the point of needing general it would probably be an open procedure 26785.
