I am looking for an answer to a rather strange question. I live in Illinois and on many of the Local Medical Review policies there is a statement that says does the CPT 30% rule apply and most of the time the answer is now. What does this pertain to the 30% CPT rule?

I would appreciate any answers you could give me and also if this is a written CMS policy where I could find it.
