Does any one know what documentation is needed for CPT 30300? The doctor just wrote FB removal from nose. Does the code require an incision or anything else? It says office type procedure so I'm assuming I can bill for it, but I just want to double check since I don't come across this very often.

Per CDR=The physician removes a foreign object from inside the nose. The object can simply be grasped with an instrument and pulled free from the nose.
