CPT 32551 vs 32422..

Which one of these codes apply, I'm leaning towards CPT 32422 because it states a catheter was used and nothing about a chest tube. Only in the procedure title.
Hopefully you can clear this up for me.

Thanks

Procedure title: Right chest tube placement

Procedure: THE PATIENT HAS HAD SOME CHEST PAIN AFTER A TRANSBRONCHIAL BIOPSY. CHEST X-RAY CONFIRMED THE PRESENCE OF A 15% PNEUMOTHORAX. SMALL BORE COOK PNEUMOTHORAX CATHETER WAS PLACED INTO THE SECOND INTERCOSTAL SPACE ANTERIORLY. THE PATIENT WAS PLACE IN A 45 DEGREE ANGLE. THE ANTERIOR CHEST WAS STERILIZED WITH CHLORHEXIDINE AND DRAPED IN A STERILE MANNER. 5 ML MM OF LIDOCAINE WAS GIVEN FOR TOPICAL ANESTHESIA. NEXT, A STAB INCISION WAS MADE HORIZONTALLY. THE COOK CATHETER WAS ENTERED INTO THE PLEURAL SPACE WITH RETURN OF AIR. THE CATHETER WAS THEN PASSED INTO PLACE AND SUTURED. IT IS ATTACHED TO A 1-WAY VALVE. REPEAT CHEST X-RAY PENDING. THE PATIENT HAS IMPROVEMENT OF CHEST PAIN AFTER THE PROCEDURE.
