There has been a change for 2026 in the ASA selection for CPT 33249. 00534 has changed to 00530. Our coders are trying to determine when 00530 is appropriate and when 01926 is appropriate. The procedure notes have not been very clear in our coders trying to make this determination.

Any and all help greatly appreciated.
