CPT 58558 - Hysteroscopy Accessories - Coding and Billing Question

Hi - regarding CPT code 58558, Hysteroscopy, surgical; with sampling (biopsy) of endometrium and/or polypectomy, with or without D & C.

The 58558 includes the Hysteroscope, does the code also include any additional accessories used with the hysteroscopy and are there any other codes that could be used to capture using additional accessories?
