we are a doctor's office (pos 11) that often bills cpt 59850. This is routinely paid by the insurances we bill. however, we recently got a rejection from one company stating "not payable in location given". This is the only time this has happened. any thoughts?
 
Hi,
If this has happened only one time with this insurance, I recommend calling the insurance to see if it is a POS issue or something else.
