would CPT 61541, Craniotomy with elevation of bone flap; for transection of corpus callosum, require a 52 modifier if the patient previously underwent a 2/3 corpus callosotomy? The cpt description does not specify total or partial so I'm not sure if a 52 modifier would be needed. any help with this would be appreciated.
