Does anybody know is the VISION BLUE which is coded with a 66020 is included in a Complex Cataract (66982)?... I usually bill it separate and I get paid specially from Medicare but it was brought to my attention by a compliance department from an insurance company (PREMIERE EYE CARE) that when the doctor uses the vision blue the case should be coded as a complex cataract. Any insight?
