Hi,
Anyone else is having an issue with Health First that they are denying CPT 76881 incorrectly for authorization? Especially the Health First Medicare plan.
The services are being rendered by a podiatrist.
Until the beginning of 2020 no authorization was required and when I call them they say authorization is not required.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
