Hello, I am new to Pathology & Clinical lab billing. Our provider billed out CPT codes 82950, 82951 and 82952 on same date of service. United Healthcare denied CPT 82950 as inclusive to CPT 82951. There is no CCI edit. Has anyone come across this and are there other payers denying inclusive?
