Can 85610 be billed out twice in one day for an office setting?

This code may be billed twice in one day under unusual circumstances. You must append modifier -91 (see full description in CPT) to the second procedure. I code for a large cardiology practice and we have a protime clinic within our practice. I have yet to run into a situation where there was a need to report an additional 85610. Be sure to read the modifier description thoroughly before making your code selection. I hope this helps.
