Can CPT 86003 Allergen Profile Basic Food and CPT 86008 Alpha Gal IGE be billed in the same claim, adding modifier 59 to CPT 86008? Is true the Alpha Gal IGE is already included in the CPT 86003 ( mutually exclusively) and can't be billed for both? Please let me know your thoughts. It's for OP, same dos and specimen.
