This CPT code has an SI of M in the 2010 CPT code book but everything I see on the Medicare website says it is billable. Does anyone have information to share on what, if any, code can be billed for this test? Thanks !
this is a billable cpt and payable my medicare by our medicare carrier does have an LCD L30538 for this. It is used to bill the physician review (interp) of the cytogenetics ( usually done by PHD).
