I'm starting to see denials from multiple insurance companies for CPT 90832. Is anyonoe else having this problem? Have the guidelines changed recently? Thank you.

Hi,
I cannot find any recent changes. You could call the insurance and see the reason for their denial and evaluate if the payer policy has changed. You could also check your local LCD, many payers follow these. This article below might also be helpful.
