I am new to neuro ophthalmology coding. The neuro ophthalmologist sees a patient prior to starting Gilenya to obtain a baseline OCT. What is the diagnosis that I should use on billing the 92134? Normally the the visits after Gilenya has been started gets paid as we use Z79.899 and G35, however how to get the initial visit paid? Any help is highly appreciated. Thanks
