During the 8/26/21 - 8/27/21 ZHealth Coding for Cardiovascular Procedures seminar, Dr. Z said that according to CPT Assistant Nov. 2020 we could now code 93657 for additional linear ablations post-PVI even when a-fib remaining is not documented. Does anyone have access to that CPT Assistant and could share what was said about this? Or does anyone have additional info on this?
