Is anyone out there coding A7003-A7005. With CPT 94640.

A7003- administration set, with small volume nonfiltered pneumatic nebulizer.

A7007- Large voume nebulizer, diposable, unfilled, used with aerosol compressor.


Curious.

I use the A7003 and most carriers pay. I also use J7611 for the Albuterol which pays pennies but it all adds up at the end of the year.:o Of course make sure your documentation shows the use of both as well.
