General guidelines for CPT 96160 can we consider, is below mentioned documentation is enough to bill CPT 96160.

Can we bill CPT 96160 with office visit CPT 99202-99215 and can we bill both CPT 96160 and CPT 96110 for same date of service. kindly help me out as i am new to pediatric coding.
