Is there any way to bill Medicare with more than 4 units of 96367? I have been searching for an answer all week, Desparate

I remember working this....but it's been awhile and I do not have any supportive documentation. I thought it capped at 3 units, (one of those codes where they don't actually state how many units are acceptable). Wish I could be of more help, but can relate very much to your desperation.
