Can CPT 97597 and 97598 be performed in an office settings POS 11 by a Podiatrist?

These codes are commonly billed by podiatrists for debridement of foot ulcers. I've never encountered any regulation that says that this cannot be done in an office, but there could possibly be some state-specific regulation to this effect. However, I would doubt this - it's a fairly non-invasive procedure done in a variety of settings and I can't imagine why it would be prohibited in an office.
