Patient tolerating Wegovy 0.5 mg well. Denies n/v, constipation, diarrhea, eye pain, and severe abdominal pain. Message sent to Dr. xxx to send in next dose of Wegovy 1 mg to Mexicare on file. Parent made aware to double check rx before leaving pharmacy to make sure they have the correct dose.

Tips for managing nausea and vomiting:

Stay hydrated
Do not be too active right after eating
Avoid lying down after a meal

Follow up in three weeks with each dose increase. 10 mins

Hi there, my understanding of the code is that the qualified non-physician is someone who can directly bill services, but cannot bill E/M services. Just as importantly, these services describe patient-initiated calls. The CPT scenarios I find describe a patient calling with a new compliant. What you describe looks more like a 99211 performed via phone call.
