Our practice is in the process of implementing SBI services as part of the Preventative exam for new and established pt's. (CPT'S 99385, 99395, 99396, etc.) Is this a billable service when done at the time of the exam and, if billable, should there be a modifier used for this service for the CPT'S 99408 or 99409? Thanks for any info you can give.
