Our office uses this code when DOT physicals are done, but when I read this code I see work related disability evaluations. Am I missing something?

DOT physicals are billed with office visit 99212-99215 or 99201-99205 along with dx of V70.3.

After much discussion at our office, DOT physicals are now either patient or employer responsibility and not billed thru insurance. The guidelines have changed and providers now have to be certified in some way to do the DOT physicals from my understanding.
