Hi, I was wondering if anyone has billed out a 99483 and received payment? What other services have you billed with this code? Also what does your template look like for this assessment? Would you care to share any information about your process with me, as my company is currently researching... We recently attended the J8 MAC webinar about the cognitive assessment and they state all parts of the assessment must be done on the date the 99483 is done. Alzheimer's Association states these components can be done prior to the assessment, by other staff members. Thanks in advance.
