CPT add on code 93567 - Supravalvular aortography in conjunction with 93451 & 93452

The table in 2019 CPT Professional does not have an X indicating 93567 may be reported in conjunction with 93451 but does for 93452.

The guidelines under 93567 indicate to use 93567 in conjunction with 93451-93461, 93530-93533.

I'm assuming the guidelines trump the table.

Did something change on this in the last few years? I couldn't find anything in CPT Errata. Thanks.
