Same patient comes back to the ED one week later complaining of severe abdominal pain. She is admitted and undergoes a laparoscopic cholecystectomy. There are no complications from the procedure. Final diagnosis is Cholelithiasis with Acute and Chronic Cholecystitis. Code also for the procedure(s).
