I am looking for some help with coding for "Removal of Remnant Cervical Tissue". I am finding quite a bit of information on "repair" but not "removal".

has the procedure been performed? can you provide detail. Was this removal of tissue for biopsy? If entire cervical stump review htese codes if approach was abdominal i57540 - 45 and trans vaginal 57550-56
