Reaseon for visit: ESRD

Impression:
1. Artery: Patent
2. Anastomosis: Slightly narrowed.
3. Fistula: Is ready for use. Center would like to start with one needle. Plan for temp cathater.

History: Evaluate maturity

Procedure::
The left arm was evaluated by real time color-flow and duplex imaging.

Findings:

Left arm ultrasound:
Artery: Patent
Access Portion: Patent
Outflow: Patent
