My doctor did surgery for rt wrist extensor tenosynovitis and right wrist synovits. She wants to charge 25105 for the wrist synovectomy and for 5 separate compartments for code 25118. I only have two incision sites
one for 25105 and one for 25118. I was not sure that i could code for each
compartment since there was only one incision for 25118. Please give your
opinion on the for me.
