Wiki cpt code 44700-SB exclusion with lap procedure

I need some help with this-surgeon is doing lap rectopexy with sigmoid resection,lap colpopexy and sb exclusion-I am getting feedback from another coder to bill the 44700. But this is for an open code, I think it should be the unlisted code since it was done laparoscopic. It is done through a pfannenstiel incision, but most lap procedures I see this is a part of it to remove specimens, etc. Would it be appropriate to bill the two lap codes with this one open code or should it in fact be the lap unlisted code? Any advice is appreciated.
