Can I bill 45385 and 45380 (59) for this OP note?

A single sessile 5 mm polyp of benign appearance was found in the rectum. A piece-meal polypectomy was performed using a cold forceps. The polyp was completely removed.
A single semi-pedunculated 10 mm polyp of benign appearance was found. Also used hot forceps sparingly... A single-piece polypectomy was performed using a hot snare. The polyp was completely removed.

I didn't think you could use both 45385 and 45380 if both polyps were in the same area of the colon.

i agree with lindam if in the same area use the higher code only (45385)
