You know the COVID 19 dx is U017. The past med history of suffering with COVID 19 is dx. Z86.16 and encounter to check for COVID 19 is dx code Z11.52
I would use the dx listed below dx J98.8, B97.29 dx and past med history code Z86.16 for previous samples related to new strain of COVID. As far as I know nothing related to update on COVID Delta strain. Or you could just use the main first dx as U017 to link to CPT 88363.
