Hello everyone, I want to ask if any one has gotten reimbursement back from Medicaid for an administration shot with multiple antigens using code 90461:confused:
 
Oh yes, for example when i bill for the Flu shot and Heb, I bill 90460X2. If i was to bill Flu shot and Pediarix (5 antigens) would i bill Medicaid 90460X1 plus 90461X5?

How many of the additional ones are you getting reimbursed for? I'm thinking maybe Medicaid will only pay for a certain amount, not sure but you could check the cms website.
