I know that the AMA sent out an Errata stating that CPT code 93621 can be used in conjunction with 93653 & 93654, but we are still getting denials from Medicare for no primary procedure code billed and they state that the 93621 is only an add on code to the 93620 . Has anyone been able to get Medicare to pay on the 93621 when the 93620 is not billed?
