During the ablation, the physician treated 4 different atrial flutters and he needs to code 93655 four separate times. If documented well aren't we able to bill this four separate times. It unlikely to do more than two obviously but four was done and its documented clearly. Would I use a 59 modifier, it is a special circumstance. Please give me your thoughts and what you would do?
