Hi coding gurus!

I need some help with CPT code 94620 and what is included in the code. Code description in CPT book:

Pulmonary stress testing; simple (eg. 6 minute walk test, prolonged excercise test for bronchospasm with pre & post spirometry and oximetry)

Are the things written after the eg. 2 separate examples or does the pre & post spirometry & oximetry need to be done to use this code?

Any help interpreting what is needed to bill this code is appreciated!
