I am new to this specialty and my provider billed a 95912 11-12 studies. His medical records were reviewed and after UHC findings they state that there is a more appropriate code to bill. This was his documentation below. I am wondering if it would be the 9-10 studies due the Tibial nerve. If not can you give me some incite why.
