Can you bill a 99211 when doing a CPAP mask fitting or adjustment in the office?

Not if you are billing for the mask itself, that is part of the DME code.

This would be hard to support medical necessity I would think, why wouldn't this be just good customer service. I am very open to other opinions on this issue though.
