I am working remotely and I have a provider that keeps applying 99314 to his visits. Can anyone tell me what this code is or was used for? It is not listed in 2019 CPT books.
 
Maybe it's a typo? Or he is confusing it with an actual code - maybe 99214???? I don't think 99314 exists.
