Indication: Surgery

Examination: Two fluoroscopic images of the left great toe

Findings: Two fluoroscopic images of the left great toe show this patient undergoing attempted arthrodesis of the great toe with a dorsal sided plate affixed with cortical screws at the level of the great toe MTP joint. Of course, correlation with the real time evalutation is recommended.

Need your suggestions on CPT to be used.
